Quality Control for Quality CNC Machining Products
With Inbound Quality Inspection we test the quality of the parts that come to us before they are used in our machines. With In-process Quality Inspection we use state of the art lasers to make sure every line is precise. And with Outbound Quality Inspection during final assembly, every machine is comprehensively tried and tested before being shipped.
Each manufacturing process works intricately together. We use cellular, a manufacturing approach and utilize 5S principles to build our machines efficiently. Electrical panels and operator consoles are assembled in house by experienced electrical technicians.
To ensure quality assembly, each machine is built in its own work cell by skilled OMEX Machine mechanical assemblers.
Quality continues from the shop floor to Sales and Customer Service. They will meet with you personally to find the best machine that meets your needs. Our applications department will show you how to take your parts from concept to finished product.
Our customers need to run their own Quality Control program and to help ensure that, OMEX Machine has a comprehensive training program to show you how to utilize your new machine, through video and hands on training.
